I had spent over 20 years in leadership, operations and performance improvement positions in the healthcare space. I was moved to make a career change when my family and I returned to Fargo allowing me to provide a valuable service to others in my hometown, working collaboratively with families to determine personalized care plans to keep loved ones safe and happy at home, reducing hospital admissions and the need for higher cost care which is so important.
I was most excited to take control of my professional career path and do something that was meaningful to me again. I wanted to stop asking myself "is this really how I am going to spend the last 20 years of my career?"
I am passionate about being able to give family members, especially those that live at a distance peace of mind knowing that we are there to service, support, and enrich the life of their loved one.
My husband Jeff and I have been married for 20 years. We have two children, Carter (Freshman in college) and Chloe (Sophmore in High School), and three fur babies; Norman (guinea pig), Kona (Bernedoodle) and Finn (Goldendoodle).
When I am not working on my businesses, I enjoy traveling especially in the winter months and spending time with my family at the lake in the summer months.
I am the Chair of the Senior Coalition in my area. I also participate in our local Start Up Brew where entrepreneurs, innovators, creatives, and community members alike come together and explore the entrepreneurial journey.
